My dough was a bit soft so next time I'm cutting out the whole egg and will add water only as needed. The dough should be quite stiff. The dough did not stick to the machine but I had to lay each strand of pasta one by one so that it was not touching each other which was very labour intensive.

MargaretMargarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03593728147751269710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4143889612119737515.post-59091907186852999702009-02-18T14:15:00.000-08:002009-02-18T14:15:00.000-08:00Hi there, I'm also Italiana, moved to Canada in 19...Hi there, I'm also Italiana, moved to Canada in 1977 with my parents and sisters. I've been making pasta for a while now but I am trying to decrease the amount of eggs. I was wondering if you could post the exact measurements of the recipe. Thank you. I know if I was a true homesteader, I'd make it like my grandmother did. However that would never give me time to quilt, scrapbook....etc. etc. Will you make more of different types?Scrappy quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08643346408388508283noreply@blogger.com
