These are by far the best blueberry muffins ever. I sell them at the diner and they are a huge hit.
The blueberry muffin recipe as well some of other muffins of note such as chocolate chocolate chip and banana nut muffins can be found in the Joy of Baking website. I also made a delicious plum coffee cake from the same website which is superb.

Your blueberry muffins get my vote! I love them warm with butter. In fact, that was what I had for breakfast the last time I was at Magpie's. Now I'm hungry for one. Maybe I'll see you in the morning. - Margy
It turned out to be a rainy morning so I'm not taking Mom out for breakfast. I have to take the boat up the lake alone so I think I'll get an early start. Muffins will have to wait until next trip. - Margy
